Shipping
Standard & Priority Shipping Available
Your item will be shipped on the next business day from ordering. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.25. Priority shipping is a flat rate of $9.65. Additional fees may be applicable if shipping outside of the U.S. Contact us for shipping rates for International locations.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your pendant, but if it's not just right, we offer a 30 day return policy. Product must be in original condition for refund. Customer pays shipping for return.
Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our products! Our necklaces are made with multiple strands of strong, waxed, cotton and/or nylon string. It would be unusual for your necklace to break, but if it does, don't worry! Just return your piece and all the elements, and we will restring your necklace for no charge. Repair includes return shipping to you. Repairs take 5-7 days. If you are missing elements, we would be happy to provide a quote to replace any missing pieces.
